The hotel had spacious and clean rooms located at the back of the building in a dark and sketchy area. However, the rooms were clean and fresh with a clean, hot pressured shower, comfy bedding, and a great location with friendly staff.

The service was friendly and inviting, even though there were loud noises from patrons leaving the hotel. The dining experience was enjoyable, with Thai dishes offered, and the facilities were comfortable overall.
The hotel had awesome rooms furnished with high-quality linen on the beds, though they were a bit overpriced for what you got and appeared old and dated, needing a renovation. The service was pleasant and polite, with great coffee, but there were moments like being laughed at when asking for an iron. The location was very good, but there were loud noises from patrons leaving the hotel and lots of hoon type vehicles at night. The dining experience was a nice surprise until 11 am, adding to the comfortable accommodation. The facilities were good value for money.
